Manages grocery-partner performance, assortment, promotions and commercial growth opportunities in Oman. The day-to-day scope includes: Manage grocery partner performance and commercial plans against GMV, revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage grocery partner performance and commercial plans against GMV, revenue and profitability goals.
- Negotiate promotions, assortment expansion and other commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams on retail media, availability and category execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail, economics or a related field.
- Around 2–4 years in category management, key accounts, commercial roles, business development, retail or e-commerce.
- Strong Excel/BI, negotiation and commercial-analysis skills.
