Job Description

Inspects civil, architectural and structural works at project sites, checking quality, approved details and completion readiness. The role contributes to Hill International’s specialist programme, project and construction management consulting operations. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect blockwork, finishes, waterproofing, cladding and fit-outs.
• Check site workmanship and materials against approved drawings, method statements and samples.
• Review inspection requests and report non-conforming construction.
• Coordinate interfaces with structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Take part in snagging, reinspection and final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• At least seven years of architectural inspection experience.
• Ability to maintain inspection records and document technical compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Theme-park or high-end commercial construction experience is desirable.
