Manages food-partner accounts in Sohar from onboarding and training through performance, campaigns and issue resolution. The day-to-day scope includes: Onboard and train merchant partners and maintain account relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train merchant partners and maintain account relationships.
- Resolve partner issues and review commercial and operational performance.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions and reporting to grow partner results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Around 1–3 years in account management, sales, customer service or business development.
- Strong communication, commercial awareness, analysis and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant degree is preferred; English is expected and Arabic is an advantage.
