Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational data, trends and bottlenecks and maintain KPI dashboards.
- Develop improvement recommendations and support optimisation projects.
- Work cross-functionally to implement performance strategies and measure results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field.
- Three or more years in operations analysis, data analysis or a related role.
- Strong Excel, BI/reporting and PowerPoint skills with clear problem solving and communication.
