SalamAir is an Omani low-cost airline operating domestic and international passenger services.

The role leads regional commercial and sales plans across African markets, covering revenue, yield and passenger targets, new revenue streams, distribution growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include GSA management, coordination with Revenue Management on pricing and promotions, monitoring booking trends and market share, stakeholder relationships with airports, tourism boards and regulators, cross-functional leadership, and executive performance reporting. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation or a related field and have 8–10 years of airline commercial experience; at least 5 years in regional or international sales leadership is preferred.

The role owns social-media strategy, channel governance, content planning and campaign execution across major platforms. It manages organic and paid campaigns, coordinates with creative teams and external partners, tracks performance through analytics and reporting tools, translates insights into optimization actions, and follows emerging platform and content trends. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field, 4–6 years of experience managing public social-media accounts and marketing activity, strong communication and project-management skills, analytical capability, and fluency in Arabic and English.

This one-year development programme gives Omani graduates practical experience, structured learning and exposure to different areas of the aviation business. Participants support daily activities and projects, receive on-the-job and professional training, work with experienced specialists, join cross-functional assignments, and take part in performance and development reviews. After completing the programme, each participant is appointed to a defined department based on the knowledge, skills and experience developed. Applicants must be Omani nationals with a bachelor’s degree in relevant or similar majors, good Arabic and English, communication and analytical skills, teamwork, digital literacy and Microsoft Office capability.
