Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-offer quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Prepare subcontract packages and support negotiations.
- Prepare interim payments, valuations, variations, and subcontractor payments.
- Handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity-surveying duties.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.
- English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates currently in Oman and available immediately.

Experience
5–7 years of relevant experience, including infrastructure and building construction projects.
Qualification
