Role Overview
The programme develops future field engineers, field specialists and field technical analysts through hands-on operational work and structured training in energy-service environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform field operations and operate equipment during development.
- Support engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
- Learn the well-construction process and the roles of service companies.

- Prepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and progressively manage crews or processes.
