Responsibilities
- Own strategic grocery-partner relationships and build joint growth plans for priority accounts.
- Run executive business reviews and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships.
- Negotiate commissions, promotional investment, annual plans and other commercial terms.
- Expand assortment, identify exclusivity opportunities and improve the quality of partner selection.
- Build promotional calendars and review campaign performance and return on investment.
- Drive adoption of retail-media and AdTech solutions where relevant to partner growth.
- Analyze account performance, identify risks and convert data into commercial actions.
- Coach or support category executives and coordinate with internal commercial, operations and marketing teams.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Economics or a related discipline.
- Four to six years of experience in category management, commercial work, key-account management or business development in grocery, retail, q-commerce or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and strategic-partner-growth experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial-modeling capability; Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Understanding of pricing, assortment, promotions and retail-media economics, with strong presentation, stakeholder-management, leadership and analytical skills.
